Love Shots...Hate Shots

I sure do have a love-hate relationship with vaccinations. Bless them for the protection they give my little babe, but curse them for the few days of pain they give him. I can't believe that he is already two months old! Time sure does fly. He just got his shots on Wednesday and the grumpiness has started to kick in...goodbye sleep. (not like i got much anyway haha) He weighs a whoppin' 12 lbs and 9 oz! He's developing nicely :) I love this little man so much. Cross your fingers to a quick recovery!

I can't believe that Kaden will be a month old on Saturday. He seems so old already :) I absolutely love this little guy. He is so entertaining! At his two week appointment he weighed 8 lbs 14 oz, so i'm pretty sure he is in the mid 9 lbs right now. He loves to tell us "stories", basically he has found his voice and loves to squeal :) I can't wait for him to get older and we can play with him more. He loves bath time and car/stroller rides. He also really enjoys his legs being rubbed, but nothing else. He just gets mad if you touch his arms, belly or back (it's kinda fun to watch him squirm though tee hee). I'll try to keep you guys updated. This guy is a lot of work, and i'm beginning to find that there is not enough time in the day but he is totally worth it!!!

Kaden Curtis Tocheri

This is our new baby boy. Crappy pic i know. He was born October 6, 2010 at 5:00 PM. He weighed 7 lbs and 12 oz and was 20.5 inches. He has passed all of his health tests and is an amazing little guy. He never cries, which i love. He only cries when he is hungry or if you are changing his diaper/clothes. LOVE IT! I will keep you all updated (when I can...babies are really time consuming) Sorry it took me so long to get it on here!

NEW CAR!!!

Look at my pretty new car! :) This is my prize for getting a 4.0 GPA all through high school. It's a 2001 VW Jetta. It's like a space ship compared to my old Jeep. It has a sun roof, heated seats, power EVERYTHING and it gets awesome gas mileage!!! I LOVE IT! :) sorry. . .just had to brag for a little bit!

Update!

HEY! Haven't updated in a while. Only got FOUR weeks left!!! :) I'm so excited. Sleeping, eating, breathing, walking....basically everything is getting quite difficult. I can't wait for this little guy to come out so i can have my body back. I'm excited to see him too :) My last doctor's visit everything was perfect :) I'm measuring and weighing great. I am now on my weekly visits!!! That means it's getting closer!! YIPPEE!!! :)

Cookin' Fool

I LOVE COOKING! Lately I have been obsessed with trying out all the recipes in my recipe box. It's so fun and exciting :) The other day i made a lemon cheesecake pie, and our friend Adrian said that he thought it was store-bought! I felt so special. Last night I made a very raspberry pie. More treats are to come :) We should have a treat party!!! lol everyone should bring their favorite desert and recipe and we will just sit and talk :) (I know...i'm crazy and hyper. I think it's all that sugar) Random post I know, but I just thought I would share.

Hey :) It's been quite a while since I posted. I promise pictures will soon be uploaded. My life has just been pretty hectic for the past little bit. Still have a couple of boxes to unpack...i know, i know, i know we have almost been here a whole month and we STILL aren't completely unpacked. But hey, leave me alone...i'm pregnant :) (I love using that excuse now)
Also, I got a new job! It's totally amazing, and I'm in love with it. I work at a company called Vector and we sell the product Cutco (kitchen cutlery and a few outdoor tools as well). For each appointment that i do, i make $15, whether or not they bought anything. AWESOME! :) And if they do buy anything i get 10% comission, and that increases with the more product i sell (i.e. sell $1,000 of Cutco=15% comission. and it goes on from there) Yesterday i went to training from 10-4 and today i went from 9-4 and again tomorrow from 9-4. But tonight we got to set up appointments...I have already made 28 appointments!!! :) as you can tell, i'm quite excited about this. I have been ranting and raving about it ALL day long. well enough of that.
Some other exciting news is....we got a puppy! ya, again, i know...we're crazy. But hey it keeps life interesting right? Her name is Chloe and she is part black lab, rotwheiler and german shepherd. She's only about 7 weeks old BUT she is about 90% potty trained and she knows how to sit! I freakin love her.
Next bit of news, baby doctor. Nothing exciting, everything is great and is moving along nicely :) I can't wait to see this little guy, i hope he looks JUST like Marcus did when he was a young lad. FREAKING ADORABLE! But ya, that's about all the update I have. People should call/text/send me a letter! something! I like to hear from you all :)

July 1st

Exactly six months ago Marcus and I shared our first kiss that started this whole adventure. I'm so happy to have found him. I couldn't be more happy than I am right now. Life is absolutely perfect right now (ya there is a few rough spots, but what life doesn't?) Just like to say, thanks babe...for everything! Love you!!! :)

FINALLY!

YAY!!! Me and Marcus finallly got our own place! I absolutely love it! It's a two bedroom apartment, so we have already started to set up the baby's room :) It has a pretty nice size kitchen and dining room and a fairly large living room. Off of the living room is sliding doors that lead to a front little patio :) I'm so happy here! I will get pictures up once all the craziness of moving in has settled down. I can't wait to start decorating!!! :)

Baby Update

Went into the doctor today. Everything is great. The nurse looked over my ultrasound results and said that everything looks perfect :) I just need to drink more water because i have protein in my urine BUT it's nothing to worry about. At my next visit i have to take to glucose test. So, i thought i had to drink this orange slime, go in and get a bunch of blood drawn. NOPE, it's a lot easier these days. I get to drink lemon-lime stuff and then they will just prick my finger :) Boy am i happy for that! Also, I found out today that i will deliver at EIRMC. Probably a good thing to find that out BEFORE the baby comes. I'm so excited! I can't wait to see my little boy and finally get to hold him in my arms. He sure is a squirmer, and i love feeling his life inside of me. Ya, so what if this wasn't planned, I'm so happy/grateful for it :)

BOY!!!! I'm having a little baby boy! I'm so excited! My doctor said that everything is perfect :) My ultrasound-lady told me that it's a good sign that he was moving around so much, and from what she can see, he's a healthy young lad. I'm so happy...now I need to start thinking about names.

Explanation of "Fritz"

So I thought i would clear things up and tell people what Fritz means. It's what my mom has nicknamed my baby :) We don't know if it is a girl or boy yet so we all just call it Fritz now. I think it is the cutest thing ever. Thanks mom :)

Prom 2010

Yesterday was prom. I actually had a lot of fun. Marcus was so cute :) He wore a t-shirt that looks like a tuxedo. I loved it. We got pictures and danced a little bit and then we went and drove around in the country. After that we went to our friends house and had a bonfire. It was a good night :) I would like to thank my mom for altering my dress. She worked really hard on it and it turned out great :) thanks mom!!! love you!

Graduating!

I'm graduating!!! June 1st is graduation and my last day of school is May 26 :) I'm so excited to be done with school. So today my bishop texted me and asked to come over, his wife and him brought me a pretty flower and a quote from Jeffrey R. Holland about the future, and how you should have a positive outlook about it and to trust in the Lord. I thought that was really sweet of them so i posted it! :)

English project

so for english we were asigned to make a project. we had to have 10 syllables per line and each two lines had to rhyme. it was SOO difficult and i worked really hard on it. The winner got to be exempt from the test and...i didn't win...BUT the teacher loved mine so much she said i didn't have to take the test! here is the video for all of you that are interested :) it's actually quite silly

Campin'

So Marcus, me, our friends-Erika, Alex and Adrian all went camping Friday night. We had lots of fun :) My favorite part was the fire and roastin' hot dogs :) Crazy story though. We left our cooler outside during the night, and when we woke up it was gone! Someone came and stole the cooler and we think that someone syphoned our gas. As we were leaving we had no gas left, and on the way out we saw our bag of rolls tied to the cow fence. OH! the cows! the wretched retarded cows. they mooed ALL night and day. And to top it all of, they didn't even sound like real moos. They were more like "Moo-growl" it was pathetic. SO moral of the story? Don't leave your cooler outside, and NEVER EVER camp near a field of cows. . .

Baby Doctor

I'm so sad!!! I went into my baby doctor and i thought i was going to get to find out what sex the baby is...no not for another FIVE WHOLE WEEKS!!! so for all of you that were excited to find out, you're gonna have to wait :'( Good news though, everything is going great. My blood pressure, weight and urine was all good :) the baby's heartbeat is great too! Can't wait to find out what it is!!!

the ZOO

Me and Marcus went to the zoo today. He is such a sweetie :) He always accommodates me and my childish ways. He even let me feed the goats. He also let me go down every path and stare at the animals for as long as i wanted to. I had a blast! Thanks babe :)

The Two-Cherries

So first i thought i would explain the name "two-cherries". All of our friends call us the two-cherries instead of our last name Tocheri. Which is pronounced two-share-ee, for all of you that don't know that :) I'm so excited to blog! Marcus bought me a new camera so i can take lots and lots of pictures!!! Now i just need to remember to BRING the camera on all of our little adventures :)
